  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.

  3. Shipping Fees

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
    • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
  4. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  6. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping our orders. However, we reserve the right to use other carriers depending on the specific needs of your order.

  7. Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.

  8. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages: If you have any issues with your order or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve any shipping problems as quickly as possible.
