All course fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another course of equal value or designate another individual to attend in your place.

Transfer Options:

If you wish to transfer your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled course date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be completed within 1 year from the original course registration date.

Course Completion:

If you do not attend the course on the scheduled date and do not request a transfer within the specified timeframe, your registration will be forfeited.

Cancellation by So Cal Training Team:

In the event that So Cal Training Team cancels a course, you will have the option to transfer your registration to another course or receive a full refund.

Digital Product Disclaimer – No Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all digital products, including but not limited to online courses, e-books, training materials, templates, and downloadable content, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access is granted or the product is downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
